Terms & Conditions – THARANGAM 2026

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue.

1. Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited within the event premises.

2. Valid registration or ticket confirmation is required for entry. Children must remain under the supervision of parents or guardians at all times.

3. The Onam Sadya served at the event will be fully vegetarian. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are requested to consume food at their own discretion.

4. Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional and community purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

5. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizing committee will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or unforeseen incidents during the event.

6. The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry to anyone violating event guidelines or affecting the safety and experience of others.

7. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.

8. Event schedules, activities, or arrangements may change due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
